The SND counterweight is manufactured in a specialist factory with over 30 years of experience in the manufacture of gun safes.
The plate is easy to install and attaches to the bolt holes in the safe. The installed weight of the safe exceeds 150 kg. This applies to all PSSO safe models weighing over 101 kg.
The PSSO SND counterweight is approved by the Norwegian Safety Association (number FG 1065/20).
PSSO safes sold in Sweden are RISE certified and approved according to the SSF3492 standard.
PSSO recommends using two SND counterweights per safe to balance the door. This will increase the weight of the door and allow it to open forward.
The safe should always be attached to the wall from the rear edge using the mounting system. This prevents the liner from tipping forward during use, even with two weights.
Linings weighing less than 150 kg must be attached or loaded with two REIS-approved PSSO SND weights.
